Across the HumanOS ecosystem, individual apps may collect usage data specific to their function — for example, breathing session data in BreathMaster AI, habit tracking records in HabitOS, or cognitive performance metrics in MemoryForge.

We also collect technical data automatically, including device type, browser information, IP address, and general usage patterns. This data helps us improve app performance, fix bugs, and understand how our tools are being used across different populations and regions.

Your data is used to personalize your experience within the HumanOS ecosystem. AI coaching features rely on your historical data to provide relevant, individualized recommendations. For example, habit completion patterns help our AI suggest optimal routines, and cognitive training scores help calibrate difficulty levels.

We use aggregated, anonymized data for research purposes — specifically to improve our algorithms and ensure they work effectively across diverse populations. We never sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

If you use multiple apps within the HumanOS ecosystem with the same account, we may share certain data between apps to provide a more integrated experience. For example, sleep data could inform focus session recommendations, or breathing practice could be linked to habit tracking goals.

You can control cross-app data sharing in your account settings. Each app can also be used independently without sharing data with other HumanOS apps.

You have the right to access all personal data we hold about you. You can request a complete export of your data in a machine-readable format at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

You have the right to data portability — you can export your data and transfer it to another service. We provide data exports in standard formats (JSON, CSV) to make this straightforward.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to essential personnel and governed by strict internal policies.

HumanOS apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
